The short version

  • Admitra organizes your season and coaches your work — it doesn't guarantee admission anywhere.
  • You own everything you create; you give us only the permission needed to run the features for you.
  • Use Admitra honestly and lawfully — no impersonation, no submitting work that isn't yours.
  • AI feedback and scores are guidance you review, not professional or admissions advice.
  • You can stop and delete your account at any time.

1.Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Admitra website, web app, and related services. Admitra is an AI-powered operating system for college admissions. By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using Admitra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Admitra.

2.Eligibility

Admitra is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, you may use Admitra only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Admitra complies with the laws that apply to you.

3.Independence and no guarantee of admission

Admitra is an independent educational product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any university, college, admissions office, the Common Application, the College Board, ACT, UCAS, or any testing or examination board. Admitra organizes your work and provides guidance — it does not make admissions decisions and does not guarantee admission to any school, scholarship, or program. Every score, match, and suggestion is guidance you review and decide on.

4.Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for keeping your login credentials secure. Admitra is a tool for your own applications — do not use it to impersonate another person or to submit work that is not yours. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you should notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5.What Admitra does

Admitra helps you plan your school list, coach and analyze your essays, sequence your deadlines, track your applications, and compute an explainable readiness score. These features produce guidance and estimates to help you plan; they are not professional, legal, financial, or admissions advice, and they are not a substitute for your own judgment or the guidance of a qualified counselor.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Admitra for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
  • upload content that infringes others' rights or that you are not allowed to share
  • attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Admitra
  • misuse AI features to generate content that is dishonest, harmful, or violates a school's policies
  • resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Admitra without permission

7.Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of everything you create in Admitra — your profile, essays, documents, and notes. You grant Admitra the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to store your content and operate the product's features for you, including sending content to service providers such as AI models to generate feedback. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for limited copies retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.AI output disclaimer

Admitra's AI-generated marks, feedback, comments, school matches, and suggestions are formative estimates for learning and planning only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent, and they may not match any admissions officer, school, counselor, or mark scheme. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or submitting anything based on it.

9.Early access, payments, and changes to the service

During early access, features may change, appear, or be removed as we build and improve Admitra. If paid plans or subscriptions are enabled, pricing and billing terms will be presented before purchase and processed by third-party payment providers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.

10.Intellectual property

Admitra, including its name, logo, software, design, and content we create, is owned by Admitra and its owner and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use Admitra's brand or software except as needed to use the service as intended.

11.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Admitra is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Admitra and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any admissions outcome, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

12.Termination

You may stop using Admitra and request account deletion at any time. Admitra may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or where required to protect users, Admitra, or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

13.Changes to these terms

Admitra may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, or website notice. Continued use of Admitra after the effective date of updated terms means you accept them.

14.Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For questions about these terms, contact the owner, Shohruhmirzo Khudaykulov, at the email below. Website: https://admitra.cloud.
